It is now time to upgrade to macOS Sequoia!
This is the latest major update to the macOS operating system for your computer.
How do I know if I need to update?
There are two ways to tell if you need to update:
Option 1
Check your DA Menubar Application. If you have a pending update, there will be a red circle with an arrow pointing down.
When you click on the menubar icon, check if there is a red circle containing an “X” next to Install macOS Updates:
Option 2
Click the Apple Menu in the upper left corner then click About this Mac. If the macOS field does NOT read Sequoia 15, then it is time to update.
How do I update?
Click the Apple Menu in the upper left corner then click System Settings. Next click General, then Software Update. Lastly, click Upgrade Now in the “macOS Sequoia 15.x” update panel.
Please be sure your computer is not running on battery. The upgrade will take about 30-40 minutes to complete:
You may be prompted to provide a password before the upgrade begins. Enter your credentials, even if you are not an admin:
