Veracross

Security Access

All users will be assigned access in Veracross based on the their role at the school. The level of access to Veracross will be limited to the least amount of access required to perform duties in their role.

SysAdmin access to Veracross will only be granted to the IT director, Veracross Database Admin, and Network Systems Administrator. This is to ensure all information in Veracross is protected, kept private, and to mitigate risk.

Veracross MFA

All Faculty and Staff members with access to Veracross are required to use Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) to access Veracross.
