In addition to the latest migration to Office365, we have rolled out a new audio conferencing system. This conference room is a place for you to connect with several people over the phone at once. We still offer the advanced features of Skype for Business conferencing over the web. This system will be for when you only need to speak over the phone.
Every extension at DA has it’s own private audio conference room. The conference room number is the same number as your DA extension. Guests who want to join the room will need to dial a PIN number. This PIN is separate from your alternate PIN number used by your DA account which will be shared with your guests.
Here are some quick steps to using the system:
1) The first step is to establish a PIN number that you can share with everyone that will use your conference room. Login to support here and set a PIN on the phone options page.
2) Next establish a time to meet with everyone that will join the conference call.
3) At the meeting time, everyone will dial 919-490-0193. When prompted everyone will enter your extension number as the conference room number, followed by the conference room PIN number you established through support.
And that’s it! Easy, right?
