Faculty/Staff Personal Devices

Personal devices are not to be used to access information related to the operation of the school. This includes but not limited to: Veracross Accounting/Development/Enrollment, Payroll Systems, Email, Office365, and any system that contains sensitive information.

One exception to this rule is the use of multifactor authentication. Faculty and Staff are allowed to use personal devices as a means of MFA for their account.

Network Access

Network access will be permitted for personal devices like mobile devices. This network access will be on an isolated filtered network that enforces bandwidth limitations.

OIT reserves the right to deny access to personal devices based on security patch level, device type, model, or functionality.
